1. Operator
The owner and operator of the personal data database and digital resource is ИП К/Х «Анна», Яготинец Анна Андреевна, IIN/BIN 850620400608. Send requests to treesvitas@gmail.com, call +7 (771) 580-07-21 or use the address below.
2. Information and purposes
The inquiry form collects your full name, phone number or email, message, language and consent indication. Its purpose is to reply and discuss plant selection, availability, prices or delivery. Do not include identity numbers, payment details, identity documents, health information or other unnecessary data.
Security processing includes IP address, request time, browser and device information, Cloudflare Turnstile results and a request identifier to prevent spam, duplicate submissions and attacks.
When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics receives page views, website events, device and traffic source information, and network and cookie identifiers. Website code does not send form values, phone numbers or emails in analytics events. No decisions with legal consequences are made solely through automated processing.
3. Legal grounds and choice
Sending an inquiry requires a separate, initially unticked consent checkbox linked to the full agreement. Where Kazakhstan law expressly permits processing without consent, the corresponding legal basis applies.
Google Analytics is enabled by default. You can turn it off or back on in the notice, below or in the footer. A saved opt-out stops subsequent events without restricting the catalog, contact details or form. Inquiry consent does not authorize marketing messages.
4. Storage and recipients
The primary inquiry database is located in Kazakhstan. The owner and authorized service providers have access only as needed to handle inquiries, orders and website security.
Inquiries reach the owner through Gmail and a Telegram bot. These services, Cloudflare Turnstile and Google Analytics use overseas infrastructure. Transfers and copies outside Kazakhstan may occur, including in the United States and other countries used by these providers. Inquiry transfers are covered by the separate consent agreement; analytics has its own choice.
Opening WhatsApp, Instagram or Google Maps also subjects you to their policies. The embedded map loads only when you request it. Personal data is not published publicly or sold. Disclosure to public authorities requires a lawful basis.
5. Retention and security
Inquiry information is processed until its purpose and associated obligations are fulfilled, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires retention. Purchase records follow statutory retention periods. Technical information is used only for the period necessary for security.
Measures include encrypted connections, access restrictions, request validation, anti-spam checks and rate limits. The operator organizes protection, request handling and deletion with its processors as well.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for six months. After it expires, the default setting applies again and the notice is displayed. Google Analytics retention depends on property settings and Google cookies; it is separate from inquiry retention.
6. Rights and withdrawal
You may request processing information and purposes, access your data, seek correction, blocking or deletion where grounds exist, withdraw consent and complain to competent authorities or courts.
Email treesvitas@gmail.com with the contact used for your inquiry and your request. Proportionate identity verification may be required to prevent disclosure to another person.
Following withdrawal, processing stops within fifteen working days, or a reasoned refusal is provided if law or an outstanding obligation requires processing. Refusing analytics stops subsequent website events; request deletion of previously collected information from the operator.
