You may browse without registering. Google Analytics is enabled by default and can be turned off in analytics settings. Using the website does not constitute consent to marketing messages.
2. Catalog and orders
Submitting the form requests advice. It is not a confirmed order, payment or conclusion of a sales contract.
Availability, the characteristics of the particular plant, price in tenge, order contents, payment arrangements, delivery costs and timing are agreed before purchase. Plant size and appearance may differ from photographs depending on age and season; material characteristics are agreed separately.
The buyer receives information about the seller and goods and a purchase confirmation as required by Kazakhstan law. Confirmed orders are governed by agreed conditions and applicable law.
3. Delivery and receipt
Collection from the nursery and delivery to an agreed address are available. Timing, charges and handover arrangements are communicated before order confirmation.
We recommend checking quantity, assortment and visible condition at receipt. This does not limit your rights concerning defects discovered later.
4. Quality, returns and complaints
Statutory rights for defective goods remain fully available. Plants of satisfactory quality fall within the exceptions to the general exchange and return rule in Article 30 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law. This does not exclude claims for defective goods.
Send complaints to treesvitas@gmail.com or the owner’s postal address. Include reply contact details, purchase information and your request; attach photographs and proof of purchase if available. Lack of a receipt alone does not prevent other legally admissible evidence of purchase.
If the seller disagrees with a consumer’s claim, a reasoned written response supported by documents is provided within ten calendar days of receipt. Consumers may approach the competent authorities, consumer protection organizations or courts.
5. Materials and security
Website materials may be used within copyright law. Contact the owner for other uses. Spam, disruption, bypassing security, unlawful materials and access to other people’s data are prohibited.
Provide accurate reply details and do not submit another person’s data without a lawful basis. Care advice is informational and depends on site conditions. These terms do not exclude the seller’s statutory liability for goods or information.
6. Changes and disputes
The current version is published here and applies to subsequent use. Changes do not retrospectively worsen agreed purchase conditions.
